This article will guide you through the steps required to sign up so you can log your first ticket with the Research and Campaigns Team here at Citizens Advice. If you would prefer a video version, you can watch it here. Please note, there is no sound on the video.
1). When you arrive at the sign up / login page, select Sign up from the top right of the page
2). You will be asked to enter your Full Name and Email. You will also need to fill in the CAPTCHA words that are being displayed to you. Complete and click Register.
3). You will be take to the above screen with the message stating "Activation link has been sent to your email address" proceed to your email account to activate.
4). The email will be from Citizens Advice, and will contain a link for you to activate your account.
5). Click the link (as shown above) and you will be take to the portal to enter a password for your account
6). Choose a password. You will need this each time you want to logon to make a request or check on the status of a ticket.
7). Click Activate and log in to your new account
